New Albany, IN – One Southern Indiana is pleased to announce the approval of loan funding for Patriot Mobile Wash through its ONE Fund Loan Program. The ONE Fund Loan Program was created in 2022 to provide small business owners in Clark, Floyd, Jefferson, Scott, and Washington counties with the capital required for start-up and growth initiatives. The Fund provides microloans to small businesses as their “lender of last resort” in order to support small businesses as they work toward stability and bankability.

The approved borrower, Patriot Mobile Wash, is a family owned and operated company providing professional, residential, and commercial exterior cleaning services to Southern Indiana. The company specializes in soft-washing.  With the loan approval, Patriot Mobile Wash will purchase a mini-truck to collect trash and assist in cleanup at their customer’s sites, including maintaining the Big Four Station Park in Jeffersonville, IN.
