Recently, the Madison, Indiana Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission approved the purchase of 6.3 acres by Nelson Family Enterprises, LLC.

The company, located in Sioux City, Nebraska, will be purchasing the land to locate a wholesale food distribution plant. The plant will initially cost $2.5 million and will bring 12-15 jobs to the community, with the opportunity for further future growth.
