LHP Adding up to 135 Jobs with Expansion

LHP Engineering Solutions, a global engineering services provider and technology integrator, announced plans to expand its Bartholomew County operations to create 135 jobs by 2023.

The Columbus-based company plans to invest more than $1 million to expand its headquarters at 1888 Poshard Drive, making building and office improvements and significant hardware and software investments, according to a release from the Indiana Economic Development Corp.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. is offering LHP Engineering Solutions up to $1.6 million in conditional tax credits based on the company’s job creation plans. The tax credits are performance-based, meaning until Indiana residents are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. The city of Columbus is also supporting the project, according to the IEDC.
